KPTA hosts Korean People's Theater Festival in order to reflect upon products of people's theaters and to have a vision for the future. Korean People's Theater Festival is independent Festival. the original creative work could be selected to help theater the art to be enhanced.

Korean People's Theater Festival first opened its in Seoul in 1998. But from the third it has toured whole country to break down the culture-centralization. It has contributed to exchanging and activating provincial cultures. The 18th will be powered-on at Sung-ju.
 

In this magazine, created works and performance activities are arranged in terms of scientific approach. Mainly critics and directors closely examine outcomes of people's theater and theater-creating methodology and it is published every 6 months.

Education Center for People's Theater Workers has structured the formulas and values which people's theater try to keep. And also has studied western theater and unique methods of other genres. As education center, there are two workshops a year; winter and summer with a period of a month each for theater workers. Many foreign theater artists have been invited to workshop with theater workers.
